Notes	The design pays tribute to various traditional images attributed to Arizona (especially the heat), most specifically the 1987 blockbuster crime comedy "Raising Arizona" featuring Nicolas Cage. The concert was originally to be held at Chase Field, but late changes in the postseason fate of the local Arizona Diamondbacks required the concert to be relocated to Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. Such a late change resulted in the venue attribution remaining unchanged and therefore erroneous.
